Mandeep Toor

Mandeep studied Law at the University of London Metropolitan, where she obtained a Law Degree. After she graduated, Mandeep then completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School with a special interest in Commercial law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mandeep also has extensive experience working within the Post Office Ltd.

Justine Mensa-Bonsu

Justine read Law at the University of Reading, where she gained a firm grasp of the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution and graduated with a 2:1 Honours Degree. Justine then spent a year working for a major London travel organisation. During this time she initially handled complaints from the public directly and then spent six months investigating and reporting complaints with a legal team. Following this position Justine undertook and completed the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School. 

Thomas Earley

Tom obtained his Law Degree from Durham University, after which he went on to successfully complete the Bar Vocational Course at The College of Law. Tom has had a number of roles in law firms both in London and in his native Newcastle-upon-Tyne, which have provided him with far-reaching experience of resolving a wide range of commercial disputes.

The Case Administrator

Andreia Aguiar is the POSTRS case administrator. She will be responsible for the administration of your case and will ensure it is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

Andreia Aguiar

Andreia previously worked on the CISAS team as a case administrator and has extensive case administration experience. She is used to liaising with both customers and member companies ensuring that each and every case is dealt with in a fair and consistent manner.
